Facial Exercises for Your Cheeks, Neck and Double Chin

There are a lot of products that promises to fight and slow down the effects of aging. However, most people cannot afford these products, which is why a lot of people chose to deal with aging. Fortunately, there are a lot of ways that you can do in order to reverse these effects. Facial exercises can be done during your free time, and you don’t have to spend anything just to do it.
My previous article showed you how to stretch your forehead, eyes, and lips. Now, we will be discussing the exercises related to cheeks, neck, and double chin.
1.) Cheeks – place your three center fingers on both side of your cheeks and push them as hard as you can. As soon as you push your cheeks, you need to raise it by trying to smile as big as you can. You also need to keep your head laid back while doing this exercise.
2.) Neck – sit back as straight as possible and tilt your head towards the ceiling. Now, close your lips and relax, then slowly move your lower lip over your upper lip to stretch your neck. Hold this position for ten seconds and repeat this step at least 10 times.
3.) Double Chin – for this exercise, all you need to do is to sit back as straight as possible and tilt your head towards the ceiling. Close your lips and relax, then slowly pout your lips for twenty seconds. You can do this for at least 15 times.
The expensive beauty products being sold today makes it very impractical for most people to stay gorgeous.
